Founded by violinist Leanne Dolman, this project teaches music to about 60 children in disadvantaged communities near Cape Town. The senior participants are acquiring an impressive reputation for quality and are regularly invited to play at high-profile concerts and functions.

Melodi Music was founded by Nimrod Moloto in 2002 to bring music to the children of Soweto. It offers children a secure, safe environment in which to learn and play, harnessing their boundless energy in a creative activity, building confidence and inspiring them to aim high in life.
